Method 0040 Sampling Equipment
 |
Method 0040 is designed for sampling principal organic
hazardous constituents from combustion sources such as hazardous
waste incinerators using Tedlar® bags. This non-isokinetic
method uses either a constant or proportional sampling rate
that is dependent upon the extent and variability of the
emission flow rate (Method 2). The Apex Instruments Method
0040 Kit (SK-0040) utilizes our VSB2
VersaCase cabinet, glass
lined probe assembly, glassware,
coolant reservoir with submersible pump, bag
enclosure and umbilical for connection to the Model
623 source sampler console.
