XC-40 Gas Sampler

The Apex XC-40 Source Sampler is a durable, lightweight meter console ideal for Method 4, Determination of the Moisture Content of Stack Gas. Method 4 Summary: Stack gas is extracted at a constant rate no greater then 21 lpm and a minimum volume of 600 liters. The moisture is removed from the sample stream and determined volumetrically or gravimetrically. Moisture content is determined by dividing the volume of water vapor collected by the total volume of gas collected. (1 ml water equals 1.333 liters gas).

XC-40NP	Metering Console with Dry Gas Meter (0.1 L resolution), orifice flow meter, probe temp. controller, External Pump Connections (3/8” Quick Connects) accepts standard Method 4 or 5 pumps assemblies. (Order pump separately).
XC-40ENP	Metering Console with Dry Gas Meter (0.1 L resolution), orifice flow meter, probe temp. controller, External Pump Connections (3/8” Quick Connects) accepts standard Method 4 or 5 pumps assemblies. (Order pump separately).
E-DOA	Meter Console w/ Optical Encoder and Temperature Controller with DGM-AP25, Rotameter 0.2 - 4 LPM, 120 VAC/60 Hz. KNF N815 Series.
E-DOA-V	External Pump Assembly (no frame): diaphragm pump, capable of 25” Hg vacuum and 30 lpm free flow (25 lpm restricted flow) 5 ft.. hoses with stainless steel quick connects (3/8” non-reversible), Handle & rubber feet. (115VAC / 60 Hz).
E-DOA-V	Same as above except in (220VAC / 50 Hz.).

XC-60 Meter Console

The XC-60 Source Sampling Console is a small, lightweight and economical sampling unit designed for portability. At less than 22 pounds, the model is easy to take anywhere. The XC-60 comes with a sample pump, dry gas meter, rotameter, fine and coarse controls valves, and five Type-K thermocouple inputs. Several models available. Suitable for U.S. EPA Methods, NIOSH methods, mold testing, asbestos testing, and more.
