Thank you for making it possible in a timely manner, it was much appreciated. We look forward to continued business with you in the future. Continue the great work at your establishment.
We are impressed by your excellent service and wish that you will keep it always!
Wouldn't shop anywhere else!
Great turn around by Apex to get a “build to order” part to us in 24hrs. We greatly appreciate all your efforts. Probably will be placing another order in the near future to have a line in stock.
Thank you again. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
We have utilized Apex Instruments for several years to supply us with quality testing equipment. We also have assisted several industries in the area, who perform their own testing, with training and have helped them to obtain Apex equipment for their in-plant usage.
I would like to report to you that the replacement probes are working better and we are hopeful they will continue to do so next winter as well.
Thank you for going the extra mile to really make sure we are 100% satisfied with the product.
Also, Jackson is by far the best person myself and the plant personal worked with for all of the trouble shooting needed.
Our new trailer was even better than we anticipated.
As you know, our technician went to change the traps at a remote location where we have two of your consoles running and found one of those consoles to have developed some serious problems.
Over the course of the next two days, you and others at Apex provided outstanding technical support and customer service enabling him to repair the console without having to return it thereby minimizing downtime.
I would like to send a personal “Thank You!” to all of those involved. Your support after the sale is one of the many reasons I highly recommend your product and company to others. We look forward to continuing to work with you.

New Chilling Technology for our STM-12B Mercury System
The engineering department at Apex has always had its eye on the potential of thermoelectric technology to be able to cool the gas for moisture removal. However, the development of such a chiller was postponed due to the lack of adequately durable and reliable thermoelectric modules (Peltier elements). After having discovered the advantages and capabilities[…]
End of Life: Sterling Gas Cooler, SGC-4000Hg
After 15 years of using Stirling Coolers to cool and remove moisture from sample gas in our mercury sampling systems, Apex Instruments is switching over to thermoelectric technology. The cooler used in the STM-12B Mercury System as a replacement is the TEC-4000Hg. Additional gas coolers and condensers will be offered for various gas-chilling needs; each[…]
New GA-3T Design
Notice: New GA-3T Design Based on customer feedback, we have redesigned the GA-3T filter support. On the side that touches the filter, the O-ring and the groove are wider and closer to the edge of the disk, such that the filter does not contact the O-ring. This positioning creates more space in the center of[…]
